Are you a passionate individual with experience in behaviour support? We are looking for a Behaviour Support Officer to join our secondary school in South Manchester to support students in making positive changes to their behaviour and academic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural challenges.
* Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour management strategies.
* Helping students develop positive social and emotional skills.
* Supporting the school's behaviour policies and promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
