Hours: 40 hour working week, flexible (Some weekends may be required during festival or conference season).
Location: Hybrid with occasional office visits required (International clients, flexibility required).

Who are you? As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting both our client and internal projects by analysing and interpreting diverse datasets related to sustainability and GHG emission assessments, as well as visualising results through charts, tables and dashboards.
You’ll present findings back to project leads and stakeholders for inclusion in reports and summaries.
This role requires a proactive individual who’s able to plan and structure their work.
You will be required to work well within a small but scaling team, both supporting colleagues and clients as well as working independently at times.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sustainability sector while developing your technical skills and contributing to meaningful work.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Join internal and client meetings to understand project specific requirements and the context of data for collection and analysis.
Collect, clean, and analyse sustainability-related data from a variety of sources, large or complex data sets e.g.
key impact areas may include, energy, waste, materials, transportation, supply chain and expenditure.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure data collected is accurate, relevant and complete and prepared for use for sustainability reporting.
Create dashboards, charts, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively and provide insights to clients on their sustainability performance.
Support projects with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Assist in the development of carbon footprints, environmental impact assessments, and performance metrics.
Present results to internal and external stakeholders for review and sign off.
Essential Skills and Experience: Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field (e.g.
Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or other STEM or similar related disciplines).
Computer literate with Microsoft Office (or similar packages) and Google Suite; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or other spreadsheet applications) Familiarity with at least one other data analysis / visualisation tool is preferable (e.g.
Google’s Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI), as to assist with designing and maintaining portals for data input and visualisation to enhance sustainability reporting accessibility for clients.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are important to convey complex insights clearly.
We welcome different approaches to conveying sustainability reports and information.
An interest in sustainability and a willingness to understand its principles and frameworks.
Ability to support senior colleagues.
Desirable Skills and Experience Knowledge of emissions factor databases and/or social impact indicators.
Familiarity with technical report writing.
Understanding of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g.
GHG Protocol, SBTi, SECR).
Familiarity with using AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT.
