The Role
We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper / Client Manager with strong administrative, automation, and IT skills to manage client relationships, improve processes, and ensure operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role, not just bookkeeping, and requires someone who is proactive and highly organised in a fast paces environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Administration Management
* Be the main point of contact for clients, handling all communication, meetings, and queries.
* Ensure clients provide necessary documents and information on time.
* Minimise the need for client contact with the Director by proactively handling queries and issues.
* Deal with HMRC queries and submissions on behalf of clients.
* Assist with client onboarding, IT access issues, and software troubleshooting.
