UKAS is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Operations Support Officer to provide essential administrative and logistical support to our operational teams. This role is pivotal in helping UKAS deliver exceptional service to customers and stakeholders while fulfilling its obligations as the UK’s National Accreditation Body.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revising and publishing accreditation schedules, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clear history of changes.
2. Acting as the first point of contact for new applicants, guiding them through the application process.
3. Managing and processing customer enquiries via the UKAS info desk, ensuring timely responses.
4. Providing proactive portal support and technical/administrative assistance.
5. Maintaining compliance by managing employee driving-related documentation.
6. Supporting company systems such as CertCheck and UKMCAB and assisting with reporting and data integration.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks, communicating effectively, and working to deadlines.
