A Motorcycle Calibration Support Administrator is required to provide essential support to the Engine Management and Emissions calibration team at Triumph Motorcycles. The role is varied in that it will involve organising, chasing deliverables, fetching, and carrying and generally supporting the department with a multitude of tasks in both an administrative and logistical manner. This will include booking testing trips and chasing actions through, across multiple departments. You will work closely with our Engine Calibration team and assist the team to ensure the department runs smoothly in all matters as well as assisting with the logistics of our motorcycles on test at facilities in the UK.A passion for motorcycles is always beneficial but never required. The successful candidate will have the following; A valid driving license Experienced in the use of MS Office/Office 365 to include Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to take instruction and work under pressure Ability to multi-task including some manual handling Experience in administration Excellent communication skills, clear and concise written and verbal skills & well organised Full details of thejob description and person specification can be found in the downloadable job files.
