The successful candidate can expect to work 21 hours per week (excluding breaks), three days out seven including weekends. Typical shift patterns include 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm.

The salary for this position is £14,400.00per annum

About the role
* To assist with routine and remedial work to ensure equipment and utilities are maintained as appropriate.
* To assist with ensuring adequate and appropriate spares and parts stock and records are maintained.
* To assist in ensuring all emergency equipment is maintained in working order and procedures are effective and implemented, and appropriate training is carried out.
* To assist with the maintenance of a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company polices and procedures.
* To assist with the maintenance of effective communication and relationships with other hotel departments, suppliers and agencies to maintain an effective operation and ensure guest satisfaction.
* To assist in promoting and encouraging a harmonious working environment where all staff are treated with respect and dignity.
* Any other duties as required by management.
