We have an 12 month fixed term contract opportunity available to join the Farrans SHE team, this role will see you completing a Regional SHE Advisor role for us based in the UK.
Travel to sites is required but we can offer this on a hybrid working pattern and you get to manage your diary (given targets and project requirements are continually met)
As an SHE Advisor you will report to the SHE Manager and contribute to implementing and monitoring the SHE policies and arrangements within Farrans. You will be in involved with supporting and collaborating across internal and external stakeholders, auditing, monitoring and measuring SHE performance, assisting with SHE reports, sharing best practice and coordinating activities within the SHE Team.
Main Responsibilities
* Positively influence SHE leadership behaviours by your own actions, set the standard and demonstrate high standards of ethics and professional integrity
* Plan and conduct regular audits of locations / projects SHE practices and documentation
* Assist and coordinate the external audit programme
* Support and assist with incident investigations and reporting to ensure company operating procedures are implemented
* Support the SHE manager regarding regulator queries and requests
* Lead SHE agenda to ensure guidance and support is in place for project teams in relation to regulatory and client specific requirements
