This role is perfect for someone with exceptional customer service skills or account management experience, ideally with a background in managing a small team. While experience in the print industry is advantageous, it is not essential for candidates who have previously held a customer service manager position. You will be leading a team of 4 customer service advisors. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a team of 4 customer service advisors who are responsible for looking after key accounts and providing estimates for print jobs. Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department to ensure efficiency and high standards of client service. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Handle complex customer service issues and escalate them appropriately. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Conduct regular team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar managerial role. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly. Experience in the print industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
