Opus People Solutions is seeking a Clinical Lead in Christchurch. As the Clinical Lead, you will work in our client's beautiful nursing home, collaborating closely with carers and nurses. With support from the management team, you will lead the nursing team, focusing on maintaining high standards of clinical c are and governance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with NMC and regulatory standards by developing and implementing clinical governance policies and NICE guidelines in collaboration with the Home Manager. Maintain accurate care records and ensure care plans meet residents' needs and regulatory requirements. Mentor and coach nurses and carers on clinical practices, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments. Monitor clinical standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff engagement and development, working closely with the Home Manager and management team.
