Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Lead (Hybrid Role)
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week working from home, 3 days per week at either Reading, Havant, Glasgow, or Perth sites (Havant preferred)
Contract Length: 6-Month Contract with high probability of extension
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Lead to join a transformative digital change project in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As the Integration Lead, you will be responsible for the design, build, and deployment of integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud, including connecting Oracle HCM modules with third-party applications. You’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining HR business processes, optimising workforce planning, enhancing talent management, and integrating payroll processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end integration for Oracle HCM Cloud, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
* Configure OIC adapters for Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, and third-party applications.
* Implement business logic, data transformations, and mappings between systems.
* Develop and manage APIs for integration between Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Field Service, and external applications.
* Troubleshoot, resolve integration issues, and optimise performance.
* Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
* Collaborate with functional teams and business units to understand integration requirements and align solutions with business needs.
* Create and maintain detailed technical integration documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), implementing integration flows, creating custom logic, and exception handling.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and integration with third-party applications (e.g., HMRC).
* Expertise in SOAP/REST APIs, web services, data transformations, and mapping between systems.
* Experience with Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Service Bus (OSB) is a plus.
* Familiarity with SQL/PLSQL and database integrations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, EBS, ERP, SCM).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite .
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Agile development methodologies .
