Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker with an interest in patient care/Radiology services to join our busy, friendly team.
The post holder will be required to act as a pivotal role in the patient pathway within Radiology supporting clerical and clinical duties as required.
Main duties of the job
1. To assist trained and medical staff to provide safe care for patients within Radiology.
2. To support qualified staff in the numerous disciplines within Radiology using knowledge and skills developed in the role.
3. To contribute to service improvements and communication ensuring safe and timely patient care.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
