Our client, a high-end interior glass specialist, is looking for a design and production assistant to join their team.
Job Overview:
1. Understand the clients' design preferences upon receival of a successful survey sheet.
2. Liaise with designers to bring visions to life via a drawing/design for approval.
3. Email drawings/designs to clients for approval and request e-signatures.
4. Edit and adapt drawings where required.
5. Complete design tasks and export to the correct file type.
6. Work closely with project managers and assist with the completion of projects.
7. Upon approval of drawings, order the project with chosen fabricators.
8. Approve production drawings with chosen fabricators.
9. Organise and finalise fabrication completion dates.
10. Help with final stages of project completion such as photoshoots and obtaining client reviews/testimonials.
11. Understand and become an expert on the products.
12. Keep up to date with industry regulations and changes.
13. Organise project files.

Qualifications:
1. Strong customer service and communication skills.
2. Proficient in English with solid IT skills.
3. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
4. Previous design experience.
5. Keen eye for detail.
Hours of work: 9-5, Monday to Friday.
