HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) is a successful merged college group, based across 5 campuses. This is a newly created post to support a busy period, during which the College will be implementing a new HR and Payroll system.
We are seeking to appoint a Systems and Insights Advisor to manage and analyse People data across the college, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and the delivery of insightful People reports. You will play a key role in optimising the use of People systems and data analytics to enhance service delivery.
In this role, you will:
* Oversee the collection, maintenance, and integrity of all HR-related data within the college's HR Information System (HRIS)
* Develop, produce, and distribute regular People reports and dashboards for senior management
* Provide in-depth analysis of People data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving processes and employee experience
* Act as the main point of contact for People data-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to staff
* Identify opportunities to streamline HR data processes and improve dataefficiency
We are seeking to appoint a well organised individual who can demonstrate the following:
* Significant experience in People data management, reporting, orasimilar role within a large organisation
* Proven experience with People Information Systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools
* High proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the abilityto interpret complex data and provide actionableinsights
* Experience with Civica system is desirable.
