The post holder will have a high level of autonomy and will work in a self-directed way within the parameters set for the post. They will prioritise workload and make the necessary contributions to ensure delivery of an effective and efficient service. The Service Lead will contribute to the delivery of High Quality services and integrated care within the Division aligned to the Trusts vision and values, and contractual obligations and will be accountable for the performance management of the service and for performance improvement plans where improved performance against contractual KPIs are required.
