What You'll Be Doing
As a Lead Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have a dual focus:
* Driving sales and business growth on an already successful desk.
* Developing and mentoring a team, stepping into a leadership role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage & Expand the Trades & Labour Desk – Maximise current business and secure new clients.
* Develop & Strengthen Client Relationships – Build long-term partnerships with clients.
* Mentor & Lead – Train and motivate junior consultants, shaping them into future top billers.
* Achieve & Exceed Targets – Work towards ambitious sales goals
* Drive New Business – Identify opportunities for growth, expand our reach, and open doors to new partnerships.
* Work Strategically with Leadership – Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to create and execute recruitment strategies.

* Proven success in recruitment, preferably within Construction
* 3+ years experience essential in the recruitment sector.
