As ex-computer scientists, physicists, and quants, we felt firsthand how the lack of tools to prepare quality training data was impeding the progress of building AI. AI today is what the early days of computing or the internet were like, where the potential of the technology is clear, but the tools and processes surrounding it are still primitive, preventing the next generation of applications. We are a talented and ambitious team of 60, working at the cutting edge of multimodal and visual AI, backed by top investors, including CRV and Y Combinator, leading industry executives like Luc Vincent, former VP of AI at Meta, and other top Bay Area leaders in AI. We are one of the fastest growing companies in our space, and consistently rated as the best product in the market by our customers. We have big plans ahead and are looking for our first Growth Marketing Manager to join us in building our Growth team.
The Role
In this role, you will own Encord’s ‘always-on’ motion. You will own brand awareness and core website traffic metrics and will lead the strategy and execution of our core marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO/SEM, paid advertising), content, social media, email marketing, and webinars, to drive brand awareness and pipeline generation.
2. Managing Encord’s content roadmap and working with external writers to ensure the regular production of high-quality blog content.
3. Track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize marketing efforts for continuous improvement.
4. Monitoring the performance and continuously optimizing the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests.
5. Owning the ‘core’ Encord website and developing new and updated landing pages.
About You
1. You have 3+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role in B2B SaaS.
2. You have experience owning and managing events.
3. You have a proven track record of improving conversion rates.
4. You are data-driven and obsessed with optimizing owned metrics.
5. You are highly organized and structured in your work.
6. You are laser-focused on contributing to pipeline and revenue metrics and engaging relevant audiences.
