Job Description The Chef de Partie (Maternity Cover 12 Months) plays a key role in delivering high-quality dishes across the hotel's restaurants, banqueting, and room service operations. Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, they will oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards while maintaining efficiency and hygiene.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and presenting dishes in line with the hotel and brand standards.
Managing a designated kitchen section, ensuring smooth operations during service.
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in line with legal and company requirements.
Assisting in stock control, minimising waste, and contributing to cost management.
Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to develop their skills.
Collaborating with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
