Job description: Business Development Manager
Background.
Forward Security Services Limited are a leading provider of CCTV, Time Lapse Videography and Access Control Solutions to the Construction Industry. They have become experts in their sector and have earned a reputation for providing excellent client-driven services to a nationwide customer base.
Using the latest innovative technology, they supply bespoke and monitored CCTV (IP - Analytics), and Access Control (Face Recognition) solutions.
The products and service offered are second to none. They now need a driven and talented individual capable of managing and developing both new and existing clients.
The Candidate.
The successful applicant will have a hunger to succeed in Sales. They will possess the ability to generate calls/appointments, establish a pipeline and meet targets. They will be highly motivated, able to communicate at all levels and have a strong desire to succeed. They will have a proven sales-driven attitude with a no fear attitude to closing deals both on the phone and face to face. They will possess emotional intelligence, with the ability to present/pitch/negotiate and close. They will have a proven track record within B2B sales.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Selling CCTV, Time Lapse Videography and Access Control Solutions.
* Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the UK.
* Visiting main contractor construction clients to perform site surveys.
* Management of pipeline including monthly forecasts.
* Resurrect historic lapsed accounts.
* Provide quotations to new and existing customers via online proposal system.
* Update CRM system.
* Achieve targets as agreed with the Managing Director.
* Geography, sales patch, M62 Corridor, East Lancashire, Yorkshire, to Hull.

Full training and support with technical aspect of CCTV.
Basic Salary £39,520.00 (£19.00 per hour, 40 hour week.)
Plus, commission, OTE £56,000.

Essentials.
* Full driving license.
* Experience of direct face to face B2B and Main Contractor Construction Sales.
* Experience of CCTV/Security Industry.
* Experience of internal sales or telesales.

Minimum target 30k per month of sales secured, 2% commission paid
30 k x 12 = 360k @ 2% = £7,200.00 plus basic of £39,520.00 = £46,720.00
Upper target, 60 k per month of sales secured, 2% commission paid
60 k x 12 = 720k @ 2% = £14,400.00 plus basic of £39,520.00 = £53,920.00
Work Location: Hybrid remote from home and from Clayton West, Huddersfield, HD8 9WL.
