CPM Ireland are currently hiring an SME Inside Sales Representative on behalf of one of our largest clients, Vodafone Business.
The successful candidate will report to the Inside Sales Manager and will work from our CPM Head Office in Cookstown, Dublin.
The role involves delivering sales targets through acquiring new customers for Vodafone SME, generating leads, and closing sales in the SME Telecoms sector.

Requirements
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
* Manage a defined customer base, selling remotely to SME and SOHO customers
* Achieve and exceed KPI targets
* Develop a detailed understanding of and manage your customer pipeline
* Plan structured activities to maximize prospect engagement
* Manage personal activities to focus on customer interaction and sales
* Work in compliance with company standards
* Accurately complete applications on behalf of customers
Functional Responsibilities:
* Provide competitor feedback and industry insights
* Research products and services from competitors regularly
* Represent CPM and Vodafone professionally
* Update CRM daily with accurate information
* Sell solutions that deliver value to customers and Vodafone
* Complete activities in compliance with internal and external guidelines
* Perform any other duties as assigned by your line manager
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ideally in Telecoms or Business sectors
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
* Ability to multitask effectively during calls, updating systems in real-time
* Strong focus on results and consistent achievement of targets
* Self-initiative and continuous improvement mindset
