Nursery Teacher – Lambeth – Immediate or September Start

Role Overview:
* Position: Nursery Teacher
* Location: Lambeth
* Start Date: April or September
* Contract: Full-Time / Temporary to Permanent
* Salary: M1 - M4 £38,000 - £44,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
About You:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent Early Years qualification.
* Has experience working in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
* Is passionate about early childhood development and creating engaging learning experiences.
* Has a strong understanding of EYFS curriculum, phonics, and child-led learning approaches.
* Can create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged.
* Works well as part of a team, collaborating with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and parents to support children's development.
* Is adaptable, proactive, and able to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
Your Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
* Foster a love of learning through play-based and structured activities.
* Assess and track children’s progress, identifying areas for development and support.
* Support children's social, emotional, and language development.
* Work closely with parents and carers, providing updates on children’s progress.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children.
