BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Hire Operations Commercial Administrator to support the hire operations team with administrative tasks, ensuring all commercial activities related to equipment hire are accurately documented and compliant with contractual terms.
This is a full-time role working on site at Wellingborough. BAM operates a flexible working policy, actively encouraging periods of remote home working and flexibility in start and finish hours to fit into an individual's busy lifestyle.

Your mission
· Manage documentation related to hire contracts, billing, and client communications.
· Maintain records of hire agreements, ensuring they align with business standards.
· Support the operations team in tracking costs and managing hire transactions.
· Provide reporting on hire performance metrics and financial outcomes.
· In conjunction with the Managing Director, actively contribute to BAM Site Solutions business strategy, business plans, ensuring compliance and consistent delivery and rolling out of objectives and targets, including reporting requirements.
· Set individual and team objectives for the four depots and Product Managers as assigned, ensuring performance against those objectives.
· Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the Business Unit and align operational delivery to strategic intent within the depot teams.
· Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
· Implement and deliver new opportunities within Site Solutions.
· Embed new engagements and partnership approaches across industry, professional bodies, and trade associations as part of the business unit's future outlook.
· Actively promote and embed product innovation, expertise, and practice into the depots in conjunction with the Product Managers.
· Accountable for accurate record-keeping of hire operations and billing information.
· Responsible for ensuring timely communication and documentation with clients.
· Ensure compliance with hire contract terms and conditions.
· Track and report on financial and operational performance in hire activities.
Who are we looking for?
Who We Are Looking For
An organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administration, ideally in construction or plant hire.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hire management software.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
