What are we looking for?
As Kaptio’s first Implementation Consultant in Australia, you will be instrumental in shaping our presence in this key region. You’ll play a hands-on role in developing implementation plans and go-live plans while working with an exceptional team of clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project transitions. This role brings a significant opportunity for growth and collaboration, working closely with Kaptio’s global team to drive the adoption of cutting-edge solutions in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Solution Design:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and assess their current Salesforce and Kaptio configurations.
* Identify and document configuration gaps, required integrations, and potential extensions to meet client needs.
* Develop strategic implementation plans that outline project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
Implementation Planning:
* Create detailed go-live epics, milestones, and deliverables to guide the implementation process.
* Ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables, providing clarity on timelines and responsibilities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and technical support, to ensure a cohesive approach to implementation.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
* Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress, gather feedback, and adjust implementation strategies as needed.
* Provide ongoing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce and Kaptio solutions.
Documentation and Knowledge Management:
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution design documents, implementation plans, and transition guides.
* Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to support the client's ability to independently manage their Salesforce and Kaptio environment post-implementation.
Training and Support:
* Develop training strategies for clients to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
* Provide post-implementation support and coaching to reinforce learning and address any challenges faced by the client.
Project Management:
* Monitor and report on project status, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
* Ensure effective resource allocation and task management throughout the implementation process.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong background in Salesforce configuration and best practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client relationships.
* Familiarity with Kaptio or similar travel tech platforms is a plus.
