The Materials Assistant role assists in all aspects of developing course materials and products provided by the global client teams in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Canada, for its clients around the world. This role involves assisting the Course Fulfilment Team in populating and editing courses on the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and handling all ad hoc operational tasks.
Key duties & responsibilities:
* Ensure the formatting of course materials adheres to TTS branding guidelines, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Prepare course materials and e-materials for TTS courses globally.
* Support in keeping the content library accurate and up to date, processing content updates.
* Assist with maintaining and building courses on our LMS.
* Update TTS’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Salesforce).
* Answer queries from CSMs (Client Service Managers) and trainers.
* Assist with other materials-based ad hoc responsibilities.
* Assist the eLearning team with LMS duties.
Expectations:
* Prepare accurate classroom materials and e-materials for TTS’s global programs.
* Accurately prepare class-based materials for each client.
* Effectively manage own schedule ensuring classroom materials are delivered with no errors and to a high quality.
* Ensure courses are completed 2-4 weeks in advance of the start date.
* Ensure the content library is reliably and accurately updated.
* Be confident replying to trainers, CSMs, and all internal staff about any material-related query.
* Report issues directly and immediately to the Materials Manager.
* Follow branding guidelines accurately without error.

Skills & experience required:
* 2 years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word extensively (advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word).
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
* Intermediate Adobe Acrobat knowledge.
* Good knowledge of MS Outlook.
