Job Description
We're recruiting for munications / Mi Analyst to join us. You will be developing and analysing data to drive insight and effectively monitor, reconcile and troubleshoot data issues around the production of our customermunications. Also, conducting cost analysis of our customermunications and taking responsibility for developing reports and dashboards around the effectiveness of our digitalmunications. What you'll be doing:
1. Developing reports and dashboards to reconcile and measure the effectiveness of our digitalmunications and print streams, ensuring end users are trained on new reports
2. Utilisingmunications data to conduct cost analysis and support with analysis to drive insight and contribute to business cases and front door submissions
3. Liaising with suppliers to ensure accuracy in reporting and effectively monitor and reconcile the production of our customermunications
4. Providing general administration services for the Customermunications Team such as Mailbox management, invoice processing and reconciliation
5. Supporting the Customermunications team by utilising Adobe Analytics and other analytic tools to establish best practice reporting and controls to monitor the effectiveness of ourmunications (including A/B testing)
6. Troubleshooting data issues and support in investigating and managing technical production incidents
7. Supporting the team in prioritising customer centric improvements for the customer journey in response to relevant customer and stakeholder feedback, keeping inclusion consideration and vulnerable customers in front of mind
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
8. Work experience as a data analyst, cost analyst or in a related field
9. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
10. Experience of Power BI
11. Experience of SQL (crafting SQL queries to extract data from source using SQL fundamentals)
12. Experience with / exposure to a relevant database platform such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Snowflake etc. Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risk
13. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
