About Us The Henslow and Evolution School, part of New Reflexions, is a specialist independent school accommodating for children with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Many of our pupils have experienced early childhood trauma, and some are autistic or have ADHD. Our Primary School is located in Bicton, just west of Shrewsbury, and has been rated GOOD with Outstanding features in our most recent OFSTED inspection. The Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher to deliver inspiring and engaging lessons in a nurturing and supportive environment. You’ll work with a small class of up to five students, leading support staff to provide effective learning activities and emotional support tailored to each child’s needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Implement a bespoke curriculum that supports holistic development—academically, socially, and emotionally.
