Role: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Yate, Bristol (Hybrid Working)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is integral to maintaining core inventory levels, achieving cost efficiencies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role and involves working closely with the Engineering Team, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to the successful delivery of UK projects, supporting Western Global’s procurement business in the UK.

What will you be doing as our Supply Chain Coordinator?
* Facilitate all procurement of parts across Operations, Product, Parts and Special Projects.
* Identify stock requirements using our ERP system (NetSuite) to ensure an appropriate stock balance is held at all times.
* Responsible for end to end purchasing administration via NetSuite (identification of parts, raising purchase orders, supplier liaison, delivery date checks etc.).
* Collaborate with the UK Product Team to support vendors, procure parts required and process via NetSuite.
* Collaborate with the Engineering Team on sourcing components for custom project builds and new product development projects.
* Support the Operations Manager on vendor selection, relationships, and quality performance for all UK procurement.
* Manage and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure the timely supply of goods and services.
* Support Product and Parts with BOMs (Bills of materials) in NetSuite ERP system for UK procurement and custom project builds where required.
* Attend weekly project progress meetings to update team on procurement tasks.
* Assist with ad hoc compliance tasks such as ISO audits, tax, and compliance.
* Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables, keeping regular communication with all stakeholders.
* Use Excel to analyze procurement data, conduct price comparisons, and track trends to enhance purchasing decisions.
What we are looking for in our Supply Chain Coordinator:
* Understanding of ERP Systems – (ideally NetSuite).
* Proven experience in a similar procurement role.
* Proactive with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
* Determined and resilient with the ability to rise to the challenge.
* A flexible approach, with a desire to learn and develop.
* Comfortable working in an ambiguous and changeable environment.
* Solid understanding of vendor relationship development.
* A background working in manufacturing or engineering environment (Desired).
