Project Manager
£45,000

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Field Based/Remote
The Role
The role involves acting as a liaison between field, office, and home-based teams and the client, ensuring effective program delivery and meeting KPIs. It includes leading and developing teams to achieve program targets, managing day-to-day operations, and identifying growth opportunities. You will support MSX in delivering multiple programs by focusing on development, opportunity analysis, team coaching, and project implementation to meet client and MSX objectives.
Initial Project (6 months):
The candidate will start by delivering an accessory pilot over six months. This will include:
* Engage with stakeholders (Dealers, clients, internal teams).
* Implement process changes at Dealers to improve sales and customer experience.
* Identify opportunities to enhance accessory sales and customer satisfaction.
* Develop content for meetings and present results to the manufacturer.
* Analyze data and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Project Manager Transition
* During the implementation of the Accessory project, there will be a transitional phase during which it will be necessary to begin leading various projects. This phase will commence with a small number of projects, which will gradually increase over time.
Post-Transition Role:
* Oversee daily operations and manage communication with Programme Team Leaders and clients.
* Support Delivery Manager in governance reviews and team development.
* Ensure program compliance, manage team performance, and address issues.
* Maintain program documentation and track project updates.
* Assist with forecasting, invoicing, and Project P&L management.

Qualifications
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Our ideal Project Manager is a self-starter who has excellent leadership skills, as well as:
* Automotive aftersales experience in both service and parts (Essential)
* Project management and people management experience
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Business development experience
* Coaching experience
* Strong understanding of aftersales & customer retention within dealer networks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project)
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively at all levels
* Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
* Comfortable conducting high-level management meetings and presenting data-driven insights
