The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales.
What you’ll do:
1. Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
2. Promote brand differentiation through ingredient stories, product benefits, and usage.
3. Create retail theatre to attract customers, telling the brand story and engaging them.
4. Focus on customer loyalty to encourage repeat visits.
5. Overcome selling challenges confidently.
You are:
1. Passionate about skincare and beauty.
2. A confident and articulate communicator.
3. Proactive and eager to explore new sales opportunities.
4. Customer-focused and results-oriented.
You have:
1. Experience in beauty or retail roles with excellent customer service skills.
2. Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
3. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
