A bit about the job:
As a Junior Marketing Manager in our Direct Wealth Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you'll play a key role in bringing our wealth propositions—like investment ISAs and pensions—to life for our customers.
You’ll work alongside our Centres of Excellence and wider marketing teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance. From planning to execution and reporting, you’ll take ownership of campaign delivery and help shape our data-led approach to marketing.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* A passion for marketing excellence with a strong eye for detail and delivery.
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
* Proven commercial acumen with experience applying key marketing metrics to optimise performance.
* Experience managing integrated direct campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced FTSE or global organisation, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary – National Circa £35,000 / London Circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
