Salary: £41,361 depending on experience What you'll be doing: Analysing and interpreting equipment data to generate a view of reliability across the Operator fleets Analysing and interpreting maintenance tasks and data to understand opportunities to optimise the maintenance of the platform including Technical Instructions based on in-service experience Analysing and interpreting supplier information to support investigation into root causes of reliability or maintenance issues Working with other stakeholders to explore use of new technologies and techniques as Data Analytics and Machine Learning, continually enhancing our data analysis capabilities Supporting the Operation Centre in its development to provide strategic and tactical data to its customers, enabling them to optimise their operations Your skills and experiences: Essential: Hold a degree in a STEM subject or demonstrate equivalent relevant experience. This may also include professional qualifications such as HNC/ D IT literate with particular emphasis on MS Office Suite Experience in an aerospace environment with a sound knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance activities will be advantageous Desirable: Experience of using PowerBI, PowerView and PowerPivot Experience of handling large datasets Awareness of the ESS (Engineering Support System) and IMS (Maintenix) Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The In Service Data Analytics & Fleet team: The primary role of the team is to provide a Global Reliability and Maintenance Programme monitoring service for the Typhoon platform as well as a Reliability and Maintenance Data Analysis service. These services support the wider organisation in key activities such as the development of reliability and maintenance optimisation candidates through investigation of ESS and IMS data, scaling of spares provisioning, investigations into technical or safety issues, and forecasting of supply chain critical issues.
