Our client is a well-established award-winning and entrepreneurial company offering first-class IT security solutions to their client base across the UK.
They have a strong client base with some impressive UK household names within the public and private sector and are particularly strong within the healthcare and education sector.
Due to exciting growth plans, their new Sales Director is looking to build an elite team of new business hunters that want to shape/mould their career within the Cyber Security sector.
For obvious reasons, Cyber Security is a priority need and area of spend and is a multi-billion growing sector.
This role is a complete 360 hunting role where you will be involved in the prospecting through to delivering the proposal face-to-face and closing the deal.
Looking for someone self-motivated, driven, ambitious, and looking to write their own pay-check. Great support, mentoring, and technical expertise on offer and an exciting sector with genuine career progression available. The next step up within 18-24 months would be to an Account Executive level with a £60k x 2 package, and once ready, the step into Enterprise level becomes a £80-90k x 2 package.
Office based in Basingstoke to start 5 days/week but with the option to move into a hybrid position working 3 days/week and 2 days working from home.
Base salary range between £40-45k with x 2 package - preference for someone from Technology Sales but open to new business hunters looking to make the transition into IT Sales. Could suit a proven SDR looking to take the step-up into their first closing role.
