Part Time Sales Administrator
Location: Shipston on Stour (own transport required)
Salary: £22 per hour

You will join a close-knit team of 6 people who take a hands-on and supportive approach to ensure smooth running of the business. Full 1 to 1 training on site, this role is due to progression so the current person will be available to assist.

What will you do as a Sales Administrator
1. Resolve delivery issues including damaged or missing products, late or delayed deliveries
2. Track stock in and out ensuring plentiful levels, taking orders from large clients
3. Process sales orders
4. Handle returns and damages
5. Manage customer database, pricing, and invoices
6. Conduct inventory management, assessing stock levels and escalating stock changes
7. Authorize manufacturer invoices
8. Check stock holding
9. Place orders with manufacturers ensuring delivery meets client deadlines
What do you need as a Sales Administrator
1. Strong Excel knowledge
2. Live no more than 40 minutes from Shipston & must have own transport
3. Personable with strong verbal & written communication
4. Understanding of inventory management
