As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Manager to work closely with our Global Sales Director. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth, expand market reach, securing high value business opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability and strengthen relationships within the architectural and design communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Commercial Management
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
* Assist in establishing pricing strategies and optimising margins across products and services.
Revenue & Business Development
* Proactively generate leads and convert opportunities into high-value sales.
* Build and expand long-term relationships with key clients, specifiers, architects, and designers.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial objectives.
Operational Excellence
* Drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations, ensuring a structured approach to business development.
* Lead and mentor project teams to develop their expertise.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-based decisions.
* Experience in stakeholder management and strategic partnerships.
* Ability to lead and influence teams across different departments.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
