You'll be a passionate team leader with a strong operational background and understanding of omni-channel environments. Previous experience in a Team Manager role is essential, ideally from a contact centre environment. You will be experienced in working with numerical data and have the ability to interpret it accordingly to take necessary action. You will be comfortable in making key service enhancement and patient-centred decisions whilst operating within a compliant and governed environment where patient safety is of paramount importance. Main duties of the job
We at Connect Health are excited to be recruiting for a Team Manager to join our growing Patient Care Coordination centre (PCC). Our PCC is the first point of contact for our patients and coordinates our referral process for our NHS contracts. You would be joining the PCC at an exciting time as we focus on productivity, delivering our patient care initiatives and preparing ourselves for the future.
