About the role Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a background in overseeing workplace health and safety and business compliance? Our client is a successful charity that works across local communities to carry out hundreds of diverse community-led projects that change people’s lives now, and also make communities more resilient for the future. The charity has a great opportunity to join their team in a leading role maintaining and developing their portfolio of owned and leased buildings and office facilities located across the North East and Cumbria. They are looking for a successful Facilities Manager preferably with experience of looking after multiple sites and with up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulation and good practice. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter, with a can-do attitude, who can juggle and manage a varied workload as well as having excellent, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. As part of a wider corporate services teams, you’ll be supporting the organisation's successful and passionate operational teams to deliver projects which make a real difference in local communities.
