We are part of the Emirates group. Following an internal promotion, we’re now recruiting internally for a Destination Executive to support the Product & Commercial Team in Leyland. In this role you’ll support our Destination Managers with our brand/product business plans, ensuring we have products accurately represented and available for sale. You will be the key to understanding and overcoming any barriers to sale and be the key liaison to communicate with our teams across the organisation. Supporting tasks include managing product, brochure production, product training, packaging and pricing of tactical offers, competitor & destination analysis and coordinating marketing activity & supplier liaison. Job Accountabilities Offer and campaign pricing Publishing curated offers for key destinations tagging recommended and exclusives Supporting with reviews of current trading conditions and sales performance Compiling and reviewing competitor analysis Researching and helping identify new products and destinations Assisting with the creation of optimum paginations, with emerging markets accounted for, new product introduced, and poor performing product removed Ensuring we accurately represent products making sure that content and copy is accurate across all platforms Mapping and enabling of new and relevant existing products Working with the central ground services team to ensure our brand requirements are met and that we have a constant supply of market leading/exclusive offers Resolving internal and external enquiries Implementing a continual review of customer satisfaction, to ensure our product portfolio meets or exceeds our quality criteria and customer expectations. Developing your own in-depth knowledge of the product range, increasing product and industry knowledge across the business Coordinating and assisting with product training, providing sales centre support when needed Ensuring that offers are loaded and that we have sufficient product available at the advertised price Accurately recording the best value holiday offers for our key destinations to promote through marketing channels Communicating offers to the Sales Centre, Marketing and Agency Sales teams. Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications Previous experience working within the Travel, Leisure or Tour Operations industry Familiar with B2B products and knowledge of net airfares and contracts Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication A high level of numeracy Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace Able to work on your own initiative and contribute positively to the team environment Able to work to tight deadlines Competent in the use of MS office packages, GDS and in house reservation platforms A passion for achieving results with the resilience and determination to achieve success Influencing and negotiation skills This role is based at our bright, modern office in Leyland, just 10 minutes from junctions 28 & 29 of the M6.
