We now have an exciting opportunity in our Head Office for a self-motivated team player to join our growing operations team based in Chester. A big part of this includes compliance checks and complaint management, across all campaigns within the Group. We are looking for a Complaints Co Ordinator to organise and manage all complaints received, relating to field sales operations & telephony issues. As a Complaints Co Ordinator you will liaise with the relevant internal departments to put together appropriate responses, in line with client requirements. The training would quickly see you case managing all complaints yourself, escalating where necessary, ensuring all SLAs are adhered to and providing a single point of contact for all parties whilst the complaint is being resolved. The main duties of a Complaints Co Ordinator are: Excellent spelling & grammar for clear communication Liaise with clients via email and telephone in relation to complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction Liaising with various members of senior staff within our business Be customer & client-focused Be organised and pro-active to ensure meeting deadlines Be a confident problem-solver & a collaborative team player Ensure compliance across all areas of the field of operations Computer Literate To apply for the position of Complaints Co Ordinator, you must Have excellent written communication skills Be confident complaint handling & have experience working with complaints Liaise with & report to direct Manager when required, i.e. complaints insights reports Be able to work independently Excellent attention to detail Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Quarterly bonus.
