Summary:

Therole:
We currently have a excellentopportunity for a Supplies Co-ordinator/ StoresAssistant to join our team at our CobaltHospital, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. As a Supplies Co-ordinator,you will be a dynamic, self-motivated, computer literate personwith good communication and interpersonal skills. You must bea team player and will have preferably worked in a stock control orgoods-in environment previously, though this is not essential asfull training will be given.
As a Supplies Coordinatoryou will be joining a team responsible for handling all orders andmanagement of stock coming into the hospital. You will beresponsible for the control of the ordering and stock control ofthe consumables and equipment needed in the hospital. You will alsobe required to carry out regular stock takes, place orders forgoods as well as dispatching and putting away deliveries. TheSupplies Coordinator is to support with barcoding, Vim invoices,and the ordering of stock, deliveries for the hospital. SAPexperience would be desirable.
Please note, thiswill be a hands on role and there will be lots oflifting and being on your feet. You will not be in the office allthe time.
Youwill be able todemonstrate:

English andMathematics are an essential part of the role as is a good standardof general education. Some knowledge of medical terminologywould be beneficial, though not essential. You must have akeen eye fordetail.
