A snapshot of your day:

2. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business processes and user workflows.
3. Utilise OGL features like smart tips and beacons to enhance user experience for key areas.
4. Ensure content accuracy and consistency ensuring the content is in line with the agreed firmwide look and feel.
5. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the effectiveness of OGL guides.
6. Provide project support to the team to backfill wider team involvement including process change testing and patch release support, process flows, implementing time analysis task activity, and other system support project activities.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
1. Experience with writing process guides (desirable) and end-user training documentation/materials.
2. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise instructions.
3. Excellent questioning skills to elicit information from SMEs.
4. Good understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
5. Proven experience working with Oracle applications is desirable.
6. The ability to work independently and analyse process-based information.
What's in it for you:
1. Competitive discretionary annual bonus and salary review.
2. Generous pension scheme (we contribute 8%).
3. Funded training and professional development.
4. Core benefits including private medical cover, life assurance, group income protection, and up to 30 days holiday per year with holiday trading.
5. A comprehensive range of voluntary benefits to suit you including an electric car leasing scheme, tech scheme, cycle to work scheme, dental cover, healthcare cash plan, health assessments, critical illness cover, Sports Allowance – we pay up to 50% of your gym/sports membership (up to £50 pm), travel insurance, paid volunteering, and a broad range of retailer discounts.
