Our well-respected client is seeking a highly professional conveyancing paralegal who is adaptable, flexible and thrives in a fast paced working environment.\n\nRole\n\nAssist in running sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity files from beginning to end.\n\nLiaise with senior members of the management team\n\nTo perform daily tasks to a high standard which include :-\n\nDealing with client and third party enquiries\n\nPrepare draft contract, deal with enquiries, request management packs, issue exchange and completion letters.\n\nLiaising with clients to help achieve their desired move dates\n\nLiaising with clients on a daily basis and third parties as appropriate\n\nChecking and working in accordance with daily task list and key dates reminders\n\nMeeting clients\n\nAssist with departmental compliance of anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures\n\nEnsure a high standard of file management and awareness of essential procedures\n\nRequirements\n\nAt least 1 years’ experience working in a busy conveyancing team.\n\nGood standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail\n\nPleasant manner, flexible and co-operative\n\nPleasant telephone manner\n\nAbility to work on own initiative, under pressure and take responsibility for quality of work\n\nGood time management skills\n\nExcellent client care\n\nGood typing skills\n\nFlexibility in support of other members of staff\n\nDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
