As a Lead Service Coordinator at BCHA, you will be supporting the smooth running of a new supported accommodation project in Bournemouth. You will be the internal and external catalyst for positive impact, and your leadership will ensure the delivery of tailored, person-centered, and psychologically informed support to individuals facing mental health challenges. You will have a multifaceted role that encompasses supporting the Service Manager and external collaboration with key stakeholders. You'll be a leader in the support service and lead a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of interventions tailored to diverse support needs.
In this role you will:
1. Support a team of Support Workers to provide exceptional support.
2. Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership to align service delivery with strategic objectives.
3. Support with day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
4. Implement person-centered and psychologically informed approaches to support customers.
5. Build robust working relationships with statutory and third-sector agencies.
6. Collaborate with Local Authority Housing Teams, Police, IDVA, Housing Benefit staff, DWP staff, Primary, Secondary, and Community Mental Health Teams, Social Services, Substance misuse services, and Offender Management services.
7. Engage in a multi-agency approach, working alongside third-sector agencies and other key stakeholders.
