Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. Job Overview: As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across a variety of sites. You will work with both domestic and commercial clients, ensuring that their air conditioning units are operating at peak performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the industry, with a specific focus on handling refrigerants and maintaining air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities: Installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRF/VRV, and ducted units. Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of air conditioning units. Complete F-Gas refrigerant leak testing and recharging where applicable. Carry out air conditioning system inspections and generate detailed reports. Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety regulations and company policies. Provide excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Essential Requirements: F-Gas Certification (Category 1) – You must hold a valid F-Gas qualification to work with refrigerants. Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer, with hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and refrigeration cycles. Ability to diagnose faults and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel to various sites. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Desirable Skills/Experience: Experience with VRF/VRV systems. Additional certifications in HVAC, such as City & Guilds or equivalent. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations related to HVAC systems.
