Bar & Beef serves up refreshing gin cocktails and the best steaks in the
city at the bustling Glasgow Central Station. Our dry-aged Scotch beef is
supplied by John Gilmore Butchers, a third-generation family business, and is
carefully chosen from accredited farms each renowned for producing quality
beef, full of flavour and tenderness. It
is the top 1% of beef in Scotland. Our team create a welcoming, relaxing

ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal candidate must be
an inspirational leader who enjoys operational challenges. They must have a excellent
background in restaurant management and be able to demonstrate their ability to
build good relationships with the back of house and front of house teams. They must be a strong communicator, have a passion for developing
the team and have exceptional attention to detail. You will confidently be able to train your
teams to deliver excellent service, that is educational, warm and attentive,
ensuring everyone leaves with a genuine smile and a promise to visit
again. You’ll also have a passion for
restaurants, considering yourself a real foodie. This role requires you to be
innovative and passionate about product, taking forward an award-winning steak
and gin offering. You must be financially astute with a proven track record of
increasing revenue, controlling costs and managing food and liquor GP's.
