A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join and become a valued member of a busy HR team within an educational setting on a temporary basis.
In the HR Administrator role, you will be responsible for the following:
Processing data transfer from one system to another
Responsible for social media posts and responses
Maintaining accurate employee records (sickness, salary information, personal details) using the HR and Payroll System
Taking minutes for staff meetings as and when required
Dealing with correspondence enquiries by email, in persona and over the telephone
Assisting the HR manager with HR administration
To be considered for the HR Administrator role you will need:
To be IT literate and experience with using all Microsoft packages
Administration and office experience
Demonstrate to be able to use your own initiative
High attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data
This is a temporary role for a period of 3 months based in Wrexham. Offering part time hours, 25 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role is £12.50 per hour holiday pay.
