Job Description
3. Support the organisation in day-to-day HR operations
4. Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and performing initial interviews
5. Work closely with new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company
6. Maintain employee records in line with GDPR regulations
7. Coordinate training and development activities for staff members
8. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
9. Help manage employee relations issues
10. Perform other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources or a related field
12. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
13. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
14. Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
15. A solutions-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills
16. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
