We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our office in Camberley (GU15 3SY)
This role is office based, Monday - Friday working 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
* Provide excellent customer service and support
* Handle a high volume of phone calls, including both external and internal communications
* Process and manage data in the company CRM system and other relevant software
* Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and filed correctly
* Maintain customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their concerns and resolving any issues
Requirements of a Customer Service Administrator:
* Previous experience in a customer service administrator role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
