Fed up with being stuck in the background, writing reports with no context or connection?
This role’s different.
We’re working with a growing financial planning firm in Manchester where paraplanners aren’t an afterthought—they’re central to the advice process.
You’ll be paired directly with specific advisers to build stronger relationships, contribute to strategy, and deliver advice that actually makes a difference. It’s structured, it’s supportive—and it’s full of opportunity.
Why this opportunity stands out:
* 35-hour week. Full-time, without the relentless pressure.
* Young, ambitious, and investing in tech and people.
* Clear development path. You’ll be developed, not just delegated to.
What you’ll be doing:
* Building cashflow models and writing suitability reports that make an impact.
* Getting stuck into annual reviews and complex planning cases.
* Supporting advisers by preparing high-quality advice recommendations.
* Attending client meetings (when you want to), contributing to better client outcomes.
* Working alongside administration teams to streamline processes and get things done.
Who we’re looking for:
* At least 4 years of paraplanning experience.
* CII Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent).
* Strong technical ability and a sharp eye for detail.
* A team player who loves solving problems and improving systems.
What’s in it for you:
* A firm that listens, supports, and grows its people.
* Ongoing study support and professional development.
* A culture of inclusion, respect, and continuous improvement.
We’re Antony George, and we’re recruiting for one of the most promising planning firms in the North West right now. If you’re a Paraplanner looking to be seen, supported, and genuinely valued, this is it.
