The Role We’re looking for experienced Joiners to carry out a mix of domestic and commercial work, including maintenance, repairs, and new construction projects. What You’ll Be Doing: Joinery Repairs & Maintenance – Carrying out high-quality work in homes and businesses. 1st, 2nd & 3rd Fix Joinery – Working on a range of construction projects. Customer Interaction – Discussing requirements and delivering excellent service. Working to Specifications – Following plans, drawings, and work sheets accurately. Mobile Working – Moving between sites with minimal supervision. On-Call Work – Taking part in the company’s out-of-hours response team (£700 per week). Mentoring Apprentices – Supporting the next generation of skilled workers. Admin Tasks – Completing necessary paperwork accurately. Driving – Using company vehicles safely and responsibly. What We’re Looking For: Joinery Expertise – Strong background in 1st & 2nd fix joinery, repairs & maintenance. Kitchen Fitting – Ability to install kitchens to a high standard. Qualifications – NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery (proof required). Experience – At least 2 years’ post-apprenticeship experience. Tools & Equipment – Own hand tools required (power tools provided). Driving Licence – Full UK licence required. CSCS Card – Desirable but not essential.
