With a close-knit team of around 15 passionate professionals, they have recently on-boarded an amazing Marketing Manager who will support newly appointed Senior BDM and the sales team. The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and develop our sales team while focusing on driving business growth through proactive business development activities. This role requires a strong, challenge-oriented leader who can elevate our team’s performance and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the EV industry or possess technical expertise that will facilitate a smooth transition into this sector. We are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, has a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement, and is committed to driving continuous growth and success. This role combines sales leadership with hands-on management of a team of three Sales Managers. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic expertise and direction for the business. Manage and mentor the sales team, currently composed of 3 sales managers covering the UK. Monitor sales performance and report on progress. Define and implement effective routes to market.
