About the role
We’re looking for a technical specialist within the Power Platform space with the ability to untangle complex manual processes and produce automated solutions. You will possess very strong stakeholder management and customer service skills in order to liaise with our core customers, identify their needs and build a clear set of requirements that can be taken forward into automated process improvements.
You will contribute towards NOC IT's active engagement and communication to help drive and deliver technical improvements across the organisation producing tangible and measurable results of efficiency improvements.
You will have experience working across dynamic and complex organisations with varied customer bases with the ability to recommend and drive improvements that intersect these different customer bases to ensure that any automated process improvement delivers against NOC's core aims and values.
About you
This is a new role at NOC and is designed to drive business process improvements across the organisation through automation. These process improvements should produce tangible results that can clearly measure efficiency improvements and error reduction. The role will sit within our Database, Web & Information Services team in IT and will be a critical and customer facing role. The role holder will be expected to seek opportunities to drive process improvement and make recommendations to the organisation on these before utilising their skills and experience to deliver.
The successful candidate will be expected to be able to untangle significant business processes, that flow across varying departments, and define a clear set of requirements that will improve the processes efficiency through automation.

Location
This position will be based in Southampton. The centre is well connected by public transport and has ample cycle parking in addition to free onsite car-parking with over 40 EV charging points.
